Course of Study
- 4 years* of English (to include language, literature, speech, and composition)
- 3 years of Math (to include general mathematics, algebra, and geometry)
- 3 years of Science (health, physiology, and safety are mentioned separately)
- 3 years of History (to include civics, world history, US & PA history; geography mentioned separately)
- 2 years of Humanities(art, music, and foreign languages are mentioned separately; includes Bible)
- Physical Education (not in the list in section 3d, but mentioned in 3c2)
*At least one diploma program (PA Homeschoolers) interprets this to mean 4 calendar years; others, such as Mason-Dixon Homeschoolers, consider this to mean 120 hours of logged work, completion of 2/3 of a textbook, or other credit criteria.
